Rudolph Austin scores for Jamaica

KINGSTON, Jamaica - The Reggae Boyz are currently in battle with the American football team in the World Cup qualifying match, now taking place at the National Stadium.

The Jamaicans were down by one early in the game after Clint Dempsey got by the Jamaican goalkeeper.

Jamaica’s Rudolph Austin fired home a low, hard, free kick to draw Jamaica level in the 24th minute. The game is now tied at one all in the first half.

The Reggae Boyz have never beaten the Americans, each of their four previous quailfyers have ended as ties.
