West Indies women lose to Australia in T/20 semis

COLOMBO, Sri Lanka (CMC) — West Indies Women lost to Australia by 28 runs in the second semi-final match of the ICC World Twenty/20 competition today at the Premadasa Stadium.

Scores:

Australia: 115/7 off 20 overs (L Sthalekar 23, A Blackwell 21; S Daley 2-23, S Quintyne 2-23).

West Indies: 87 off 19.2 overs (J Nero 31, S Daley 25; J Hunter 5-22, E Perry-2-19, E Osborne 2-20).
