Bolt to run at Diamond League

Tuesday, February 26, 2013 | 1:44 PM

USAIN Bolt will run at the Paris Diamond League in July, mere weeks before the Outdoor World Championship, the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) said today.

The repeat triple Olympic champion will run the 200m, an event for which he holds the world record.

Bolt, who won the event in the last two World Championships, will run against Frenchman Christophe Lemaitre, who is World 200m bronze medallist.

Paris is the ninth stop in the 14-meet Diamond League series.
