Oniel Scott slapped with eight-day suspension, $20,000 fine

The Stewards announced the following disciplinary actions arising from inquiry held at the offices of the Jamaica Racing Commission, 8 Winchester Road, Kingston 10, on Tuesday, September 4, 2018.

Jockey Oniel Scott, who rode Deal Marker in the ninth race on Saturday, August 18, 2018, was suspended for eight race days and fined $20,000.00 for the interference caused to Winter Is Coming in the vicinity of the 800-metre point. The suspension commences on Saturday, September 22, 2018.
