Patriarch heads 10 for Pick3 Super Challenge

The Anthony Nunes-trained Patriarch will go in search of win number two (four overall) in the Supreme Ventures Limited-sponsored Two-Year-Old 'Triple Crown' series as he headlines the provisional field of 10 runners entered for the Pick3 Super Challenge Trophy.

The Pick3 Super Challenge Trophy will be run over seven furlongs (1,400m) for a purse of $3.6 million at Caymanas Park on Saturday.

Patriarch carries top weight of 56.0kg (123lb) along with Another Vigorous, whom he defeated in the first leg in the series – the Cash Pot 'Only One For Me' Trophy in October – and the impressive winners last time out – Commander Two, trained by Patrick Taylor, and My Beirut, trained by Richard Azan. Another Vigorous is trained by Rowan Mathie.

The other runners, which are six fillies, will carry 54.0kg (119lb).
