RACE 1 - MAIDEN CONDITION (TWO-YEAR-OLDS) 1000METRES/5FURLONGS STRAIGHT

Toona Ciliata, jumped right, left the gates untidily and never looked likely to justify odds-on favouritism at any stage. Enedina led on the bridle entering the last 200 metres but could not hold the sustained challenge of Rojorn Di Pilot.

RACE 2 - $180,000 CLAIMING (4YOS&UPWARDS) 800METRES/4FURLONGS STRAIGHT

Song On Track was in control towards the standside while Burning Exit led on the far side. Entering the last 200 metres Timeforacat found her best stride but by then Song On Track was not for catching, thus failing by over two lengths.

RACE 3 - JOSEPH ARMOND MEMORIAL TROPHY RESTRICTED ALLOWANCE II (3YOS/NW2) 1820METRES/9FURS&25YDS

The rider on Dezzy The Genius went for unwise enterprising tactics by establishing a clear lead too early with 750 metres to come. Nuclear Lava jumped badly and was also very slow to get into stride and trailed badly down the backstretch but mended steadily throughout to nab the idling Dezzy the Genius close home.

RACE 4 - RESTRICTED ALLOWANCE V DIVISION I (4YOS&UPWARDS/NW2) 1300METRES/6 1/2FURLONGS

Dallas was the first to show but soon gave way to Okahumpka who led until collared by Ahuagain at the distance to go on the register victory by three and a half lengths.

RACE 5 - RESTRICTED ALLOWANCE II DIVISIONII (4YOS& UPWARDS/NW2) 1300METRES/6 1/2FURLONGS

Classy Vishala, slowly away was ridden to lead at the top of the stretch and went clear 250 metres out. Colt Of Arms was hard-ridden from 700 metres out and ran on well under pressure to outstay Classy Vishala for the victory.

RACE 6 - RESTRICTED ALLOWANCE IV (4YOS&UP/NW3) 1820METRES /9FURLONGS&25YARDS

This was a very strongly contested event with several contenders well positioned 750 metres from the finish. However, Rising Bop made a very sharp move to turn for home on top and sprinted clear for a three-length triumph over Blood Song.

RACE 7 - OPEN ALLOWANCE (THREE-YEAR-OLDS&UPWARDS) 1820METRES/ 9FURLONGS&25YARDS

Ice Cold did an admirable job of pace-making for stable companion and odds-on favourite Fayrouz until 750 metres out. After assuming the lead Fayrouz faltered and was passed easily by Saratoga Sight at the distance with Hover Craft running on strongly enough to score by over two lengths.

RACE 8 - CLAIMING $1,000.000-850,000 CLAIMING (THRE-YEAR - OLDS&UPWARDS) 1000METRES/5FURLONGS STRAIGHT

Go Go Girl and Twilight Dreams had a literal shoulder-to-shoulder battle from the distance but the former, relishing the fight defended her lead admirably for a well deserved short head victory.

RACE 9 - $250-210,000 CLAIMING (THREE-YEAR-OLDS&UPWARDS) 1300METRES/6 1/2FURLONGS

Dropped in class, defeat for Musketoon was out of the question as he ran from mid-pack early but rushed past rivals to lead in the upper stretch and coasted home.

RACE 10 - MAIDEN CONDITION (THREE-YEAR-OLDS 1200 METRES /6FURLONGS

The field travelled in a compact group to the top of the stretch with Secret Law emerging with the lead entering the last 200 metres but failed to withstand the strong challenge of Nuclear Thunder. Following an inquiry, Secret Law was disqualified from second for causing interference with a rival.
