The Supreme Racing Guide offers condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of the late Keith Saunders.

Saunders for many years plied his trade as a jockey and after completing many years in the pigskin, Saunders started to work with the various promoting companies as the race day outrider.

Chairman of the present promoting company, Supreme Ventures Racing and Entertainment Limited, Solomon Sharpe remembered Saunders as a calm individual who was also on hand to help horses and jockeys, especially when they had problems on the track.

“Keith could be seen giving assistance in the mornings at exercise and on race days. He always found a way to get his job done effectively and was very good dealing with the horses.

“I knew him personally, I knew well, and I am saddened by his passing,” Sharpe offered.
