With no top-rated event on tomorrow's 10-race card, attention shifts to the three-and two -year-olds down to compete.

A three-year-old and upward imported maidens and non-winners of two among the local lot caught the eyes of the Supreme Racing Guide analysts. Their findings are published below with the eight starters in the five-and-a-half furlong race listed in post-position order.

VALDERRAMA: (3.b.c - Nuclear WayneWinniana) — Claimed on last for $250,000 after finishing fourth. Now rejoins his age group peers and even with Wesley Henry in the saddle, Valderrama is not given much of a chance to win this one.

LOCOMOTIVE: ( – Taqarub Sure To Cure) — After his maiden win on February 18, Locomotive has not gone on to make much of an impact among his peer group of three-year-olds. Trainer Gary Subratie has taken off the visor for this race in an attempt to boost the chances of Locomotive. Locomotive has to put every hoof right to win this one.

JAMAL JAMES: ( – Blue Pepsi LodgeShe's Traditional) — Has had his fair share of injury issues this season and is yet to discover his true worth. JamalJames, after a long rest, returned on August 15 when he finished second over the five straight. He then tried his luck 10 days later but was found wanting behind Princess Zella and Formal Gladiator. The choice of Natalie Berger to ride JamalJames does not inspire much confidence despite the handicap advantage of the apprentice claim, but JamalJames is still afforded a fair chance at winning.

EXHILARATE: ( – Blue Pepsi LodgePurejoy) — Last raced on September 2, 2017. Exhilarate has proven to be quite a handful in the past and may well need this outing to further settle. Note, Exhilarate races with Lasix for the first time.

APOLLO BAY: (3.dkb.c – Performing Magic Circle The Heart) – Has been up and down in his career thus far. Apollo Bay needs to make quite a turn in his regular form to win this one but, having raced at this level several times, is not without a chance.

SMARTY TRADITION: (3.b.c – Traditional Smarty Marty) – Won his first race in the stewards' room and it will take a lot of heroics from Smarty Tradition to win this non-winners of two event.

HARRY'S TRAIN: ( Discreetly MineSweet Dixie Gal) — The only foreigner in the race, Harry's Train's eighth race career has been disappointing to say the least. The importee might come good tomorrow with the visor taken off by his trainer.

FORMAL GLADIATOR: (3.b.c – Adore The GoldPriceless Beauty) — Has been very consistent of late with a third and second in his last two outings, respectively. Formal Gladiator has been earning his spurs in this age group and the pay-off for his efforts may well come to fruition tomorrow.
