Ten-man August Town came from behind to beat relegation-threatened Naggo Head, 2-1, in a National Premeir League game at Ferdie Neita Park yesterday.

Bridgeport's Manning Cup captain, Kenardo Forbes, gave the hosts the lead on the stroke of half-time, but Daniel Shaw equalised in the 77th minute before Zeicko Herrera scored the winner three minutes later.

The victory was the third from as many games in the round for August Town, who moved to 31 points.
Naggo Head dominated the first half and should have gone ahead through

Forbes, Mark Newsome and Christopher Harris.
August Town went down to 10 men after 38 minutes when Kadian Lecky was expelled for punching an opposing player.
However, Forbes netted just before the break when he received a pass from Leighton Barrett and hit under Devon Haughton from inside the area.

August Town eventually got a goal when Asphas Bernard's low cross found the Shaw, who redirected his shot into the far post.

Three minutes later, they went ahead as Asa McIntosh waited patiently for Herrera before crossing to the midfielder to score from three yards. Naggo Head were also reduced to 10 men when Kemoy Reid was ejected for abusive language towards the end.

August Town's coach, Hugh McCarthy, said after losing a man and going a goal behind the team had to change its strategy.
