Scores: St Ann 142 and 146-6; St James 168 and 116. St James, who resumed on 40-0 and a lead of 66, succumbed to the teasing leg spinners of national representative Dwyer.
Dwyer, who took 8-55 in the first innings, grabbed 5-22 to dismiss St James for 116 and an impressive match haul of 13-77.
Set 142 to win, St Ann reached 146-6 with Marlon Pinnock scoring 32 along with 31 by Christopher Hamilton and Orville Pennant chipping in with 27.
St James' Harroon Crawford got 3-35 to follow up his first inning 3-12.
At Elletson Road: Police defeated Clarendon by 10 wickets after dismissing their opponents for 180, imposing the follow on, and scrambling them out for 142.
Police, who made 317-7 declared in their first innings, were set six to win and that they did reaching 6-0.
Clarendon, resuming on 107-5, lost their remaining five wickets for 73 runs to be dismissed for 180.
Marlon Parchment failed to add to his overnight score of 46, while Barrington Brown made 43. Xavier Scott bagged 4-60.
Trailing by 137 runs, Police enforced the follow-on and Kemar Anderson wrecked the Clarendonians with 4-7 as they faltered for 142. Parchment again topscored with 27.
At Port Esquivel: Home team St Catherine lost first innings honours and a semi-final spot to Lucas.
St Catherine, who made 267 courtesy of a magnificent 125 by West Indies Under-19 player Nkrumah Bonner, just failed in their bid to dismiss Lucas, who inched to 276 all out in an intriguing contest.
Elvis Watson and Ramon Senior led the way for Lucas with 46 each, with good supporting knocks of 43 and 40 from Maurice Clarke and Junior McKenzie, respectively.
St Catherine's Lascelles Davis took 3-60 and Nkrumah Bonner, 2-41, but could not secure the all-important first innings honours.
