Juici Patties celebrated their 20th year of sponsorship of the South Central Confederation Youth Football Competition with a $2m donation.
The South Central Confederation, which comprises St Catherine, Clarendon, Manchester and St Elizabeth, kicked off their Under-13 and Under-15 season yesterday at York Town Community Centre in Clarendon.

Jackie Scott-Perry, marketing and public relations manager of Juici Patties, handed over her company's cheque for $2m.
"This is one of the major projects on the Juici calendar and the tune of sponsorship this year is $2m. This is our 19th year of sponsorship of this competition and we're happy to be a part of it," said Scott-Perry.
She added: "Our ongoing sponsorship is due to the success stories we have seen coming out of it where we have seen at least 10 players that have made Jamaica's national Reggae Boyz team.
"It's something to be proud of and we're committed to the development of the youngsters to be discovered and go on to play on the national team," she said.
Juici Patties was formed in 1981, manufacturing and selling beef patties, but the product line grew over the years to include over 50 products comprising different types of patties, loaves, soups, porridges and traditional breakfast dishes.
They have developed into one of Jamaica's leading fast-casual dining restaurants with over 50 locations islandwide and a staff of approximately 1,200 people.
Dale Spencer, the first vice-president of the Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) and chairman of the South Central Confederation and president of the Manchester Football Association, urged the youngsters to give of their best and use this opportunity to hone their skills.
Said Spencer: "As the chairman of the Confederation I want to urge all of you to give of your best and be sportsmanlike in your conduct and to aspire for greatness."
Michael Ricketts, president of the Clarendon FA, welcomed another year of sponsorship from Juici Patties of the South Central Confederation.
Said Ricketts: "It would be remiss of me not to mention the contribution of Juici Patties to the development of football in St Catherine, Clarendon, Manchester and St Elizabeth. To have a sponsorship for 20 years is showing that that company is satisfied with partnering the South Central Confederation."
And Peter Reid, president of the St Catherine FA, said he was very appreciative of Jukie Chin, the founder of Juici Patties and a native of Clarendon.
"This programme has been doing very well in developing youths and that is one of the reasons why the South Central schools are doing well," Reid noted.
Meanwhile, St Catherine won their games in both Under-13 and Under-15 sections yesteray. They whipped defending champions St Elizabeth - who had two girls in their line-up - 4-1 in the U-13s and blanked them 2-0 in the U-15s.
In the first encounter of the day, Manchester edged Clarendon 3-2 in U-13 action.
