The dinner, which will be held at the Hilton Kingston Hotel, will see some of KC's former sports stars being honoured, according to the Old Boys Association.
Former KC, Jamaica and West Indies cricketer O'Neil Gordon "Collie" Smith, who died in a motor vehicle accident in England 50 years ago in 1959, as well as members of the all-conquering KC Manning Cup football teams of 1964 and 1965, will be specially recognised at the function.
Hall, a former fearsome fast bowler, also managed the West Indies team and served as president of the West Indies Cricket Board.
His address will include an examination of West Indies cricket in its present form, a perspective regarding where the game ought to be going, as well as a look at his personal association with Smith, with whom he played for the West Indies during the 1950s.
Hall, now 72, and Smith, who was born 76 years ago, played all five Tests against India in India during the 1958-59 series and three Tests in Pakistan at the end of the India series, before Smith met his untimely death in England where he had gone to play league cricket.
Smith averaged 35.87 from the five Tests, with a topscore of 100 and an aggregate of 287 in eight innings on his only tour of India. He also took nine wickets at 29.66 apiece.
Hall, on his first tour of India, got most wickets in the series, 30 at 17.66 each.
Smith had a less productive tour of Pakistan, as he scored 81 runs in the three Tests at an average of 16.20 and a topscore of 39. He took three wickets at 20 runs each.
Hall, on that tour again, got most wickets, 16, at an average of 17.93 each.
At the end of his 26-Test career, Smith scored 1331 runs at an average of 31.69 and a highest score of 168 against England in 1957 at Trent Bridge, Nottingham, in 1957. He took 48 wickets at 33.85.
Hall took 192 wickets in his 48 Tests and scored 818 runs at 15.73 per innings. He had one Test 50.
Proceeds from the dinner will assist development projects at KC's two locations, North Street and Upper Elletson Road in Kingston.
