JCA T20 tourney enters Round Two today

The Jamaica Cricket Association Jam T20 Bashment continues today with Round Two action at several venues across the country.

At venues where there are double-headers, matches are set to begin at 10:00 am and at 2:00 pm. Where there is a single contest, the scheduled start time is 11:00 am.

There will be a Zone A double-header at Factories Oval, where hosts St Thomas CA knock heads with Lucas CC in the opener, and Kensington CC will face Boys' Town CC in the afternoon game.

In the other Zone A encounter, Kingston CC welcome Kingston & St Andrew CA to Sabina Park.

In Zone B, Clarendon CA entertain neighbours St Catherine CC at the Jamalco ground in the morning contest, while in the afternoon St Elizabeth CA lock horns with St Catherine CA at the same venue.

The other Zone B game features Manchester CA and Wesmoreland CA at Manchester High School ground.

In Zone C there will be a double-header at the Noranda complex in St Ann. In the opening game, St Ann CA meet neighbours St Mary CA, while the afternoon fixture presents a clash between Trelawny CA and Hanover CA.

St James CA, the other team in Zone C, will be inactive.

In Zone D's morning fixture, G C Foster College host Police at their school ground, while later Melbourne CC are slated to take on The University of the West Indies. The university team won the competition when it was last held four years ago.

The other Zone D game is scheduled for Folly Oval where home team Portland CA match-up against Jamaica Defence Force.
