MONTEGO BAY, St James — The semi-finalists of the Western Basketball Association Elite League should be known today with Holland Saints and Catherine Hall vying for third place following a rescheduled second-round double-header at the Montego Bay Cricket Club.

In the first game set to start at 4:15 pm, Holland Saints will take on out-of-contention Sav-Elite Titans, while defending champions and joint leaders Granville Jaguars will meet Catherine Hall All-Stars.

Granville and Cricket Club Knights are tied at the top of the points table with 25 each, followed by three teams — Catherine Hall, Holland and Lucea Flames — all on 20 points.

Lucea, who got points from their unplayed game against relegated Inner-city Avalanche on Thursday, have completed their schedule, while Holland and Catherine Hall will each get at least one point today and finish ahead of the Hanover club.

Also on Thursday, Cricket Club Knights followed up their win over Jaguars on Tuesday with an easy 79-52 victory over Cornwall Courts Chargers.

Three players had double-doubles for Cricket Club Knights, led by Antonio Spence's game-high 24 points and 11 rebounds, Omroy Kerr just missed a triple-double with 17 points, 14 rebounds and nine assists, and Jhaun Bryan's 14 points and 22 rebounds, while Ralique Grant scored 12 points and Rayon Gardiner had 17 rebounds.

Jason Blake scored 22 points to lead Cornwall Courts, Odean Campbell scored 11 points, while Aaron Allen had 11 rebounds and Giovanni Bailey had 10 rebounds and eight assists.

Knights led 14-9 after the first quarter and were up 26-22 at half-time. They extended the lead to 46-38 at the end of the third quarter before blowing away Cornwall Courts in the fourth quarter where they outscored them by 20 points, 34-14.
