Carnival resonates because… it feels like the one time everyone is blissfully happy.

My favourite place to enjoy Carnival is… Trinidad!

My Carnival Road March tips are… stay hydrated and eat well while you chip on di road!

I prepare for Carnival by… working out daily.

If you could press replay on a Carnival song, which would it be and why?

I May Not Be Right For You by Kerwin Du Bois. I love it because it's such a beautiful song with a lot of meaning.

What's your preferred chill spot in Kingston, Jamaica?

Hellshire Beach. I love the relaxed vibe and great food.

Who do you call in Jamaica when you want to have fun?

The whole Campari crew, duh!

Who is your Carnival hero/ine?

Myself? Haha! I make it through every single time. #ThePumpIsReal

What are you up to at the moment for work?

I'm working on something special at the moment, but I'm always engaged in developing personal branding workshops.

Most iconic soca star?

Machel Montano, without a doubt.
