Carnival resonates because… it's in my blood.

My favourite places to enjoy Carnival are… Trinidad, Barbados and Jamaica.

My Carnival Road March tips are… stay hydrated, drink lots of Campari and designate a driver.

I prepare for Carnival by… going to the gym at least five times a week, eating healthy and buying my fete clothes like stockings, boots and accessories way in advance.

If you could press replay on a Carnival song, which would it be and why?

Wine and Fling It Up by Machel Montano and Super Blue... because two legends came together to create incredible soca music.

What's your preferred chill spot in Kingston, Jamaica?

The poolside at the Jamaica Pegasus hotel.

Who do you call in Jamaica when you want to have fun?

My go-to feting partner is @chinekpop!

Who is your Carnival hero/ine?

Destra Garcia. She is the embodiment of soca music, which is synonymous with everything Carnival.

What are you up to at the moment for work?

I am the proud owner of Nelle's car rental back home in Trinidad.

Most iconic soca star?

Machel Montano!
