Wealth 500 co-principals Garth Walker and Ryan Reid invited patrons to dress fabulously. They complied. Indeed, 500 + stepped out in luxe threads onto the lawns of Hope Zoo and into the Creative Media Events (CME)-executed area. DJs Jazzy T & Courtney were in sparkling form and kept revellers on the dance floor till the wee hours of the morning. The well-stocked premium bars poured Mo t & Chandon, Hennessy and Glen Grant, to list a few, and were manned by the professional team from Perfect Bar Services. There was, too, appetising fare from Murray's 876 Terrace, Hamilton's, Rainforest Seafoods, Ribbiz and the award-winning Jacqui Tyson — the promise of a premium event realised. By the time dancehall deejay Bounty Killer hit the stage, leaving little doubt that his crown was still intact, it was evident that Wealth 500 had found favour with the discerning set and would become a signature festive event. Indeed SO, like so many others, eagerly anticipates Boxing Day 2018 and those other events in between.
