Good start at Cups

TWO Saturdays ago, was the staging of Cups Up held at the National Housing Trust Car Park in New Kingston.

As the official kick-off party for summer, and the first promotion for N-A-Getic Entertainment Group, the patrons were satisfied with good music and vibes.

To jump-start the vibe juggling was done By Urban Legends' DJ Cyclone.

He was followed by DJ Ali Patch, who brought in 90s dancehall to warm up the floor. ZJ Wah-Wa was next with a selection of new dancehall and R&B tunes.

Creep from Chromatic took over the wheels of steel, turning the venue upside down with another dancehall set that consisted mostly of music from the now-defunct Portmore Empire.

DJ Mario also rocked the venue with amazing mixes, with a line-up that ensured patrons continued to dance all night long.

Patrons couldn't get enough and didn't want to leave the venue even after the party ended at approximately 3:10 am.

Everyone is now eagerly awaiting the next N-A-Getic Entertainment promotion, as their first session delivered on all counts — vibe, music and venue.
