Party lovers will be disappointed this year as the will be no staging of Follow Di Arrow in 2012. Promoter Dexton Ennis says the annual event, which is usually held in St Mary, will not be held this year due to last year's premature end.
Last year's staging of Magum Follow Di Arrow saw an awful end after Bounty Killer made comments that were seemingly aimed at his former protégé turned rival, Vybz Kartel. Prior to the comments, patrons showered bottles onto the stage forcing both the 'Grung Gad' and the 'Teacha' to take off. Gunshots were also fired in protest, causing the crowd to go into a frenzy.
Ennis remains hesitant and is currently contemplating whether or not Jamaicans will get the opportunity to Follow Di Arrow again in 2013.
Popcaan and Busta Rhymes collab
After dropping his hit single Only Man She Want, dancehall artiste Popcaan is at it again with the remix, but this time with some help from rapper Busta Rhymes, courtesy of Johnny Wonder of 21st Hapilos Digital Distribution.
The remix launched February 17, 2012, features Busta Rhymes exploring the Jamaican aspect of him, delivering a solid verse. Fans can sing along to this catchy and already familiar tune which will be ablaze in the streets pretty soon.
Top Grammy winner
