ANOTHER great week of truly exquisite gadgets that is simply going to wow you, sit back and enjoy.

This week's Tech 5

Zemno DeskBook Pro Notebook Dock

This new and interesting gadget is compatible with any PC or Mac Book up to 15 inches and also features seven USB ports, four FireWire ports, one DVI out, audio in/out, eSATA data port, eSATA power port and Ethernet. The device also allows the individual the opportunity to add a 500 GB hard drive to your DeskBook Pro Notebook Dock and expand the memory of the notebook, as well as add an additional battery to the Notebook Dock. Furthermore, with a weight of four pounds and width of 14.25 inches this light and easy treat is a great device to carry around.

New Sony Cyber-Shot 3D digital cameras

Powered by the 12.2 megapixel Exmor Rª CMOS Sensor, Sony's digital WX5 and TX9 features HD 1080i video recording, along with 2D/3D sweep panorama, with the TX9 also in an underwater panorama mode when necessary. The WX5 has a 5x optical zoom while the TX9 has a 4x optical zoom as well as 'Background Defocus' mode, which automatically shoots two images and then combines them to keep the foreground subject crisp and the background suitably blurry. The WX5 has a 2.8-inch preview display while the TX9 scales that up to 3.5-inches. A great camera to take around, while also being able to view your pictures in style.

HP PalmPad

The HP PalmPad webOS-based tablet is a dual-mode touchscreen that combines a Wacom active digitiser with a finger-friendly multi-touch capacitive layer. The pairing would mean PalmPad users could navigate with their fingers while also using a special pen stylus for accurate drawing and text entry.

Toshiba Camileo X100 HD camcorder

The Camileo X100 has a three-inch touchscreen and 10x zoom lens and includes 1080i and 1080p resolution options. With regards to shooting options, slow motion mode captures low-resolution (432x240-pixel) clips at 240fps and plays them back at 30fps for 1/8th speed slow motion, while time lapse mode captures a 1080p frame every one, three or five seconds for 30, 90 or 150-speed playback. Video is also recorded in AVC format as well as encoded at 8Mbit/s, which keeps file sizes down, with an AAC soundtrack and wrapped up in an AVI file.

BlackBerry Curve 9300

The BlackBerry Curve 9300, similar to the Gemini features an optical trackpad but has also added other flush control buttons on the front, new media buttons on the top, a redesigned volume rocker on the side, and a new back case design. Equipped with 3G, WiFi, GPS, and Bluetooth, this new device is truly getting the folks excited as the simple name BlackBerry turns people into frenzy.
