Summer Drink This summer is off to a very warm start... better yet, a very hot start. To ensure that we don’t become dehydrated, TEEN Chef will be showing you how to quench your thirst with icey beverages for the next three weeks. This week we will be featuring how to make a Pina Colada, and like the food, you can add your own little special ingredients to satisfy your taste. With just a few steps you can have this delicious drink in no time.
8 fl oz pineapple juice
1/2 fresh pineapple
1/2 can coconut (milk, cream)
8 fl oz clear syrup
1lb ice (crushed)
1 maraschino cherry
1 pineapple wedge
1 Cut pinapple into cubes
2 Add ingredients to a blender, except the cherry and pineapple wedge, and blend. 2 Pour in a poco grande glass with a straw.
3 Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry.
