Chicken Rice Bowls At The Top Of The Class

The Best Dressed Chicken Neapolitan Pizza Bowl

1 The Best Dressed Chicken breast (split in half)
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon thyme or dried oregano
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (divided)
1 egg (beaten)
2 tablespoon tomato sauce or ketchup
2 cups brown rice
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (grated)
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 basil leaves (chopped)
3 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Prepare breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with egg and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs, thyme/oregano and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Dip chicken in flour, then egg and into the breadcrumb mixture. Heat olive oil in pan. Add The Best Dressed Chicken into pan and cook for 3 minutes until golden brown. Flip chicken and cook for a further 4 minutes. Transfer chicken to paper towel to drain.
Prepare rice per package instructions. Add rice to bowl and top with tomato sauce/ketchup. Add the remainder of Mozzarella cheese. Cut chicken into strips and serve on top of the cheese.

The Best Dressed Chicken Kid-Friendly Paella
2 The Best Dressed Chicken Thighs (cubed)
1/4 cup olive oil (divided)
1 tablespoon paprika
1/4 cup orange juice
1 lemon (juice + zest)
2 cups rice
1 onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic
2 1/2 cups chicken stock
1/8 teaspoon saffron
1 sweet pepper (chopped)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
In a bowl, combine The Best Dressed Chicken thighs, olive oil, paprika, orange juice, lemon juice and lemon zest. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Stir for a minute. Add rice and mix until rice is coated in oil.  Add chicken stock and saffron. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to low heat. Simmer for 25-30 minutes until rice is fully cooked.
In another pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil, add chicken, salt and sweet pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Add chicken, sausage and sweet pepper mixture into rice. Stir to combine. Sprinkle parsley on top of the rice and serve.

The Best Dressed Chicken Taco Rice Bowl
2 The Best Dressed Chicken Breasts (cut into strips)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon Chipotle powder
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 small lettuce (thinly sliced)
1 tomato (deseeded and chopped)
1 can black beans
1 can corn
4 hard taco shells
2 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cilantro

In a bowl, add The Best Dressed Chicken breasts, oil, salt, pepper and Chipotle powder. Mix to combine. Heat griddle or grill. Place marinated chicken on griddle. Grill for 5 minutes on one side. Flip and grill for another 5 minutes. In another bowl, add rice and cilantro, then mix to combine. Mix in black beans, corn, tomato, lettuce and cheddar cheese. Add mixture inside taco shell and serve.

The Best Dressed Chicken Ranch Bowls
2 chicken breasts (diced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon tarragon
2 tablespoon chives
2 stalks celery (chopped)
1 carrot (grated)
2 tablespoon Ranch Dressing
2 cups cooked rice

In a sauté pan, add olive oil. Add onion and The Best Dressed Chicken breasts and sauté for 6-8 minutes. In a bowl, add and mix tarragon, chives, celery, carrot and rice. Add chicken. Drizzle with Ranch dressing and serve.
