Your skin changes every day because the cells in your skin are changing every day too. Believe it or not, you can — from the comfort of your home — get yourself that natural Hollywood glow to your skin.

Here's a list of popular skincare procedures and beauty tips from Under The Dryer's pick of A-listers...

1. Cryotherapy — a procedure generally involving coverage of the body up to the neck, as clients sit in a cryotherapy booth for between three and five minutes.

Cryotherapy has been touted for curing psoriasis and eczema. Cryotherapy facials — in which the cold is applied to the face only — are also in high demand.

2. SKII Facial Treatment Mask — a sheet mask that immerses the skin in intense hydration, rectifies skin dullness, uneven texture and tone, and loss of firmness and elasticity. Suited for use on normal, oily, dry and sensitive skin.
