LUCEA, Hanover — Logwood FC won their first ever Hanover Football Association's Captain's Bakery and Grill Major League on Sunday after completing a 4-0 aggregate win over Lucea FC in their return leg final played at Watson Taylor Park in Lucea.

After leading 1-0 from the first leg played the previous Sunday, Chovian Anderson scored twice in the second half as Logwood collected the $100,000 first prize and a place in next season's Western Confederation Super League.

On Sunday, Yves Clarke gave Logwood the lead after 20 minutes to double their margin from the first leg before Anderson scored in the 55th and 85th minutes to put the game well out of reach of Lucea.

Logwood joins the other three western parish winners in the Super League next year — Norwood from St James, Holland from Trelawny and Petersfield from Westmoreland.
