The Governor-General, His Excellency, the Most Honourable, Dr Patrick Allen (right) cuts the ribbon to officially open The Source Savanna-la-Mar on Barracks Road in Westmoreland last week Wednesday. The Source is a resource centre developed by JNBS in partnership with local civic and private organisations to provide access to information technology and skills training and serve as homework centre and nursery to the communities of Russia, Seaton Crescent, Barracks Road/Gully Bank and Grotto.
