Sandals Montego Bay's Training and Development Manager, Glaister Williams (left) engages team member Noresia Simms in conversation during the Sandals Corporate University (SCU) Day, which was held recently at the resort. The session targeted team members who were interested in registering for professional development courses that will be offered to them, while working at the resort. The courses will attract three credits toward attaining an Associate Degree from the Western Hospitality Institute, in St James.
