The participants were presented with certificates at a brief ceremony held the Knutsford Express headquarters in Ironshore, last Thursday. According to Human Resource/ Training Manager at Knutsford Express Dawn Lemonius the programme has assisted employees in providing excellent service delivery to courier customers and passengers.
