Two Saturdays ago, Courts Jamaica inspired eager customers to live the life they truly deserve through wellness, with the continuation of its workshop series “Let's Get It Done - Healthy Living” at Courts, Bogue.

The company partnered with the all-wellness powerhouse, Jamaica Moves, to host the “Healthy Living” workshops, where patrons were encouraged to rest well, exercise regularly, reduce sugar, alcohol and transfat consumption to aid in the prevention of non-communicable diseases.

A release said Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Meisha-Gay Mattis Wilson showcased quick, healthy juices for any member in the family, using the affordable small appliances from Courts. Jamaica Tropical Foods Ltd had the audience sated with fresh produce while Lifespan Spring Water kept everyone refreshed.

“Healthy Living” left the attentive patrons with more than just useful tips on living healthier. Special prizes were awarded to individuals who participated in the Family Juice-Off, Trivia and fitness challenges.

In January, Donna Neidham from Courts, Ocho Rios walked away with an Oribitrek Elliptical after placing first in the monthly prize draw. February first-place winner Mieka Gordon received a Weslo Folding Treadmill and Dwayne McCalla.
