Computer technician dies in car accident

DIANA Uylette, 31, a computer technician of Sun Valley in St Thomas, was killed in a motor vehicle accident on the Albion main road in Yallahs on Sunday.

Daniel Uylette and Denzil Uylette, also of Sun Valley, St Thomas and Craig Goodhall of Johns Hall, St James, were injured in the accident.

The police reported that at about 9:15 am, Miss Uylette was driving her Daihatsu Applause motor car, registration number 3130 DN, along the Albion main road towards Yallahs, when she was involved in a collision with a Toyota Hiace motor truck. The occupants in both vehicles sustained injuries and were taken to the Princess Margaret’s Hospital where they were admitted.

Miss Uylette was later transferred to the Kingston Public Hospital, where she died about 4:45 pm Sunday.
