Michelle Smith, maker of those delicious chocolates and nominee in our last Table Talk Food Awards-Best New Food Item, has developed just in time for Xmas -Sugar- free chocolates. So with diabetes on the rise, and the need to watch the waistline (difficult as it might be with all the delicious food around),we think we’ve found the perfect way to count calories and enjoy the season.

In Jamaica, winner of the Jamaica Observer’s Table Talk Food Awards 2002-Best Restaurant and Service: Jasmines at the Ritz Carlton Rose Hall gets thumbs up for the excellent Jamaican-Asian cuisine created by our chef of the year Dennis McIntosh.
Norma’s Sea Splash Resort in Negril gets thumbs up for the jerk-chicken pasta and guava- glazed pork chops.
