Cops find bomb devices on school grounds
Special Anti-Crime Task Force police said they found bomb-making implements, as well as a stick of dynamite, four Molotov cocktail bombs, and five electrical detonators at the Trench Town Primary School Saturday.
The find, according to Detective Sergeant Hubert Llewellyn of the Constabulary Communication Network, was made at approximately 11:05 Saturday morning under a container on the school grounds.
The substances contained in the four Molotov cocktail bombs were in plastic bottles sealed with green tape, while the other unidentified items were found inside a drink box and a plastic bag, Llewellyn said.
The police also found a pair of scissors.
No one has been arrested in connection with the find.
