Grace, Kennedy & Company has announced that it has joined forces with Tortuga Imports, manufacturers of Tortuga Caribbean Rum Cake, to offer customers the option of buying Grace products via the Internet.

“By logging on to www.buygracefoods.com , customers can order from a range of their favourite Grace sauces, drinks, soups and canned products,” the company said in a release Wednesday.

The development and design of www.buygracefoods.com was a collaborative effort between Tortuga Imports, headed by Marcus and Monique Simmonds; and Grace Foods International (GFI), Grace, Kennedy’s international distribution subsidiary. The website is primarily focused on retail orders, and the online catalogue features the most frequently purchased Grace items.

“We are aware that some shopping sites carry Grace products,” said GFI general manager Derrick Reckord, “but we wanted to identify an e-commerce partner whose reputation we know and trust, who is committed to promoting the Grace brand, and who we feel confident to recommend to our customers.”
