Brangelina were enjoying quality time together

Brangelina were enjoying quality time together

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have begun to fight back against rumours of an alleged £205million split.

Sources told People magazine — the publication which broke the news of Angeliina Jolie’s pregnancies and published picture exclusives of the couple’s six children — that they were not losing sleep over the reports.

The couple of nearly five years were actually having an intimate dinner and enjoying some quiet time together on the night the report emerged, the magazine claims.

‘Angelina and Brad were actually out to dinner together in Los Angeles when the rumour broke,’ says the source,’That’s how ridiculous the story is.’

But insiders insist that the duo met their legal team to prepare the equivalent of a prenuptial agreement — not to split up. Although a split could still be on the cards, the insider notes.

‘Brad and Angelina had a meeting with a top law firm in LA in December, where they worked out terms of a legal document similar to a pre-nup,’ a source told American magazine Life & Style. ‘The couple signed the document in early January. They agreed to share their money and assets and custody of their six children, all of whom would live with Angelina in the event of their parents’ breakup. ‘They didn’t talk to the lawyer about splitting, nor was that ever mentioned at the meeting.’

Currently, the pair are sharing family time in Los Angeles with their kids Maddox, eight; Pax, six; Zahara, five; Shiloh, three; and twins Vivienne and Knox, 18 months.

People magazine also reported that at present the couple have no plans to attend the forthcoming Academy Awards on account of filming schedules.

Christina Aguilera treats birthday boy Max to a party

In a few years’ time having Gwen Stefani at his birthday party might make little Max Bratman a very happy boy.

But it’s safe to say that Christina Aguilera’s son Max was probably more excited about the arrival of the Sesame Street’s Elmo.

The giant red puppet was guest of honour as the tot celebrated his second birthday on top of a fire engine in Los Angeles. Max sat on his 29-year-old mother’s knee as the fire truck drove around the block near his home. He and Gwen’s sons Zuma and Kingston looked extremely excited by the treat, laughing and giggling. They were joined by a balloon artist, who stopped them getting bored by creating a series of animals.

‘I haven’t lost my baby weight yet,’ fumes Kourtney Kardashian

Reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian has hit out at an American magazine after they digitally slimmed her ‘post-baby body’ on the front cover.

The cover features a photo of the new mother taken on December 22 — just a week after giving birth to son Mason — with her previously billowing tunic digitally reduced to make her look like she had already lost the baby weight.

Kourtney told Women’s Wear Daily: ‘They doctored and photoshopped my body to make it look like I have already lost all the weight, which I have not.’

She reiterated her displeasure on her Twitter micro-blogging page, adding: ‘One of those weeklies got it wrong again… they didn’t have an exclusive with me. And I gained 40 pounds while pregs, not 26… But thanks.’

Hair dye disaster for Kate Moss

Either the old-lady look is in this season or Kate Moss’s stylist has been clumsy with her highlights.

The supermodel was sporting what looked like grey streaks in her blonde hair as she launched a range of handbags in Paris Tuesday.

Not the most flattering look for a 36-year-old but with Kate being ever the trendsetter, don’t be surprised if it soon becomes all the rage. Dressed in towering black Louboutin stilettos, she showed off her still impressive legs in a very mini black lace dress, as she arrived at the Ritz Hotel in Paris to launch the collection.

Split? What split? Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, seen at aUNICEF event in December. The couple were said to be out enjoying somequality time without their children when news of an alleged splitbroke. <br>
