Strike Force on top as Western domino tourney resumes
MONTEGO BAY, St James – Zone A’s unbeaten Strike Force continued its winning ways as the Wray and Nephew White Overproof Rum Western Jamaica domino competition resumed on Sunday, beating Tuff Gong by 4 points (300-296).
Other matches in Zone A saw Unity Strikers trumping High Grade by 5 points (300-295); Assassin beating Palm Court by 68 points (300-232) and Tropical Riddim beating Retrieve by 40 points (300-260).
In Zone B unbeaten Deeside Untouchables broke up Cool Waves winning ways with a five-point win (300-295); Morning star trumped Uptown by 27 points (300-273); Dynasty beat Star International by 13 points (300-287) while Fighter Jet beat Tornado by 10 points ( 300-290).
The tournament continues on Sunday.
