Deeside blast Fighter Jet
ZONE B’s Deeside Untouchables on Sunday blew out Fighter Jet by 14 points (300-286) as the Wray and Nephew White Overproof Rum Western Jamaica domino competition continued at the Carey Park in Trelawny.
In an exciting match that saw Fighter Jet leading by nine at half-time, Deeside booked their place in the mid-season semi-final to be played on May 23.
Other action in Zone B saw Rainbow Strikers failing to show up for their match with Uptown, giving them a win by default; Star International trumping Cool Wave by 23 points (300-277) and Dynasty beating Morning Star by 18 points (300- 282).
The tournament, which is heading into the final round for Zone B, continues Sunday with Morning Star meeting Star International at Clarks Town, Trelawny and
Rainbow Strikers meeting Dynasty in Duncans, Trelawny and Deeside Untouchables meeting Uptown at Deeside, in Trelawny.
Tornado will meet Cool Wave at Pigott Street in Mt Salem, St James.
