Above and beyond the call of duty

I read with pride the interview with Adrian Whyte of ATL Autohaus and I am compelled to write to publicly commend him for his work.
I have had the pleasure of knowing this young man since 2002 when I bought a VW Bora from the previous dealer of the brand. Since that time I have been privileged to receive the most excellent customer service from Adrian and other members of the team who service VW cars in Jamaica.
On the occasions when my vehicle needed servicing or repairs, I confidently left my car with Adrian and the team, knowing full well the personal attention that they would give to my car. In fact, there was an extended period when the vehicle required major work and during that time – which was most distressing for me – Adrian went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was eventually able to get back my beloved car in working condition.
Today, I remain the proud owner of my seven-year-old VW Bora. Now, with the brand being handled by ATL, I am pleased to know that I will continue to receive the same – if not better – standard of service because of the work ethic and commitment to service that Adrian consistently displays.
Congratulations, Adrian. Keep up the good work.
