Rosemount FC make it two in a row
ALBION, St James — Rosemount FC made it two wins in a row in the St James Football Association’s Claro Division One on Friday after blanking Seaview 2-0 at the Albion field.
Rosemount are one of three teams to have won their first two games, but lead with a better goal difference, as they are yet to concede a goal in two games.
Norwood Strikers and Kempshot, who beat Marl Road 2-1 on Friday, are also on six points each with Mt Salem, Reggae Youths and West Green FC all on three points apiece.
Rosemount got off to a quick start by scoring seven goals in their two games, while Norwood and Kempshot have similar statistics of five goals for and one against.
Also on Friday, Reggae Youths scored their first win, outscoring Champion Youth Club 3-2 at the UDC field.
