Smudge delivers
LAST Sunday, the A-Team held their annual event called Smudge, which was held on the lawns of the Police Officers Club. But it was Smudge with a twist. This time around it was a day event, which had patrons out from early enjoying the party vibe.
With telecommunications giant LIME being one of the sponsors of the event, it was a sure thing that this event would surely be spectacular.
To get patrons in the mood for a fun-filled night the Kingston All Stars where there to kick-start the vibe with some early juggling. The Zip family was in full flight with ZJ Chrome, ZJ Liquid, ZJ Ice and ZJ Wah Wa pulling amazing mixes that had the crowd gyrating to their every selection.
In no time the lawns of the police officers club were filled to capacity with party fanatics expressing themselves through dance. Recording artistes such as Elephant man, Gyptian, G-Whizz and a few others where spotted ‘Smudging it’.
The team members of the A-team have outdone themselves with another successful staging of Smudge and have now left eager patrons awaiting what else they have to offer.
All in all, Smudge was a success and the patrons left the venue fully satisfied. It was not a bad way to end the school year.
