Body found in shallow grave
Hands and feet bound with duct tape
THE body of a 29-year-old man was yesterday excavated from a shallow grave in Oliver Road, Rockfort, Kingston 2.
It has been identified as that of Melward Milton, otherwise called ‘Pete’, a higgler of Hildene Avenue also in Rockfort.
The Rockfort police report that cops on patrol noticed freshly dug soil and upon further investigation discovered Milton’s partially decomposed body. The feet and hands were bound with duct tape.
