Suspects ordered to report to Central Kingston police
INVESTIGATORS from the Kingston Central Police Division have issued the names of two men wanted for several shootings and extortion in the division.
They are Kwame Cunningham, also known as ‘Jet Li’ and Courtney Bethune, otherwise called ‘Zugu’.
Cunningham is described as being 27 years old, with a dark complexion, slim build, and approximately five feet six inches tall.
A release from the Constabulary Communication Network describes Cunningham as having a scar on his neck and plucked/shaved eyebrows. He is known to frequent the Southside area and Stephen Street in Central Kingston.
Bethune is 24 years old, of dark complexion with a slim build and is approximately five feet tall. He has the symbol of a cross tattooed on his right arm and a scar on the left side of his face. Bethune is known to frequent the Southside area and Fleet Street.
Both Kwame Cunningham and Courtney Bethune have been ordered to report to police personnel at the Kingston Central Police Station by 2:00 pm today, Sunday, April 24.
Members of the public are advised that these men are armed and dangerous and should be approached with extreme caution.
Persons with information on the whereabouts of the two are being asked to share this information with the police by calling Operation Kingfish at 811, Crime Stop at 311 and Police Control Centre at 119.
