EXPECT a lot of fireworks in the season finale of The Blackburns of Royal Palm Estate when contending forces collide in Sunday’s one-hour special. The search for truth, the quest for love and revenge for a murder provide many subplots that culminate in a season that ran twenty-one weeks for the first time.

CC has long been the focus of the buxom housekeeper Patience. Probably because he was the product of a night of passion between the head of Royal Palm Estate Ted Blackburn and his mother, Miss Joyce, CC has resisted all entreaties that Patience has made to him — just in case history repeats itself. Is the time ripe for him to sample the cherry?

Just when we have almost forgotten the Trinidadian Samantha Paulwell, she comes out of hiding to face a new foe that does not wear a police badge. This comes in the form of a street hustler called Skin Teeth who is open for hire to do anything as long as the price is right.

Little does Skin Teeth know that Stringbeans is also in town. The latter has not forgotten that he lost his suitcase to Skin Teeth when he returned from farmwork in the United States. Will Stringbeans get revenge?

Matthew is riding high with his new financial status. Having mastered the Lotto scam, he now has his eye on his personal assistant, Rochelle. Will this result in love or something of a different kind?
