Tweets & … a good link up
TWITTER parties are all the rage in 2011 and the newest series, Tweets & Drinks, hosted by Knutsford Court Hotel and the Courtleigh Hotel and Suites, promises to appear in our mentions for a long time.
The first event, in the 10-part series, hosted approximately 100 Twitter-savvy guests under the sub-theme: ‘Using Twitter to Further Enhance Your Business’.
The night offered mingle-friendly games that encouraged the tweeps to interact all night long and X-Box Kinect dance-offs thrilled the mostly corporate crowd.
Digicel offered their 4-G Broadband WiMax solutions to power the event’s live Twitter feed also offered the main prize of a laptop and giveaways of 4-G dongle throughout the evening.
‘Tweetports’ were given on entry and these allowed the attendees, if they wished, to tour the rooms and suites on the Ruthven Road property, that builds itself as the oasis in Kingston.
