Kellan Lutz’s secret to a hot bod: 16 eggs a day (and LOTS of exercise)
Kellan Lutz managed to pack on 25 lbs of lean muscle to play the role of a Greek god in his upcoming movie, Immortals. The Twilight actor, seen here posing shirtless on the cover of the US Men’s Fitness magazine, got up to 220 lbs – thanks to a high-protein diet and a rigorous workout regime. Sharing his fitness tips with the publication, Lutz said he would eat 16 eggs a day in the lead-up to shooting and do insane outdoor exercise, that included throwing huge rocks around and doing countless push-ups. Never wanting to sit still, Kellan says he even exercises on his many flights around the world. Speaking to the mag about getting into shape for Immortals, in which he plays Greek god Poseidon alongside co-stars Henry Cavill and Mickey Rourke, he said: “I ate 16 eggs every morning. I got up to 220 pounds of solid muscle. We’d work out every day.” Shooting one scene could take all day-and when that’s just driving a Humvee at five miles an hour, we had energy to burn.'”

Whitney Houston ‘almost thrown off plane for diva behaviour’
She has previously been voted the greatest diva of all time. And it seems Whitney Houston is not losing any of the prima donna qualities that scooped her the title, after she was allegedly almost thrown off an aeroplane because of her boorish behaviour last Wednesday. According to celebrity website TMZ sources, the 48-year-old was nearly ejected from the Delta Airlines flight in Atlanta after refusing to fasten her seatbelt, despite being asked by a steward. Another crew member then came over and warned the I Will Always Love You singer that if she did not buckle up she would have to be kicked off. She eventually relented, although she left it to a steward to fasten her up, and the plane was then cleared for takeoff. Sources close to the singer told TMZ she “overreacted a little bit after missing an earlier flight but she’s still 100% sober and was on the way to Detroit for her first day of shooting a new movie.” Whitney has been struggling since 2009 to make a comeback after years away from the spotlight due to drug addiction. However, many critics say the quality of her voice has been affected by the abuse.

Bad news for Ashton Kutcher as Two And A Half Men hit by ratings decline
Last month, the Season 9 premiere of Two And A Half Men received its biggest ratings to date with almost 29 million viewers. But figures released this week show the rebooted CBS sitcom is almost half the show it started out to be — with just 17.71 million switching on for last Monday’s episode. Apparently the recent publicity Kutcher has garnered for allegedly cheating on wife Demi Moore with partygirl Sara Leal has not encouraged the viewing public. Kutcher’s character, billionaire Walden Schmidt, was brought in to replace predecessor Charlie Sheen, who was sacked from the franchise after a bitter public fallout with creator Chuck Lorre. A source close to Kutcher is reported as telling Radar that the 33-year-old actor is concerned about the slump. The insider said: “Ashton is concerned that the ratings are dropping each week.” The source added: ‘However, to be fair, the season premiere of Two and a Half Men last year when Charlie Sheen was still on the show, had around 16 million people tuning in.” The show, however, still remains the most popular comedy on American television despite the ratings fall.
