No clues in Portmore killings

DETECTIVES from the St Catherine South Police Division are today sifting for clues following the murder of two men in separate St Catherine communities.

The names of the victims have not been released.

Police reports are that the first incident took place in Portmore Villa.

Residents in the community reported hearing gunshots about 7:00 am.

The police were called and during an inspection the body of the man was found with several gunshot wounds.

Hours after that incident, police were called to area of Central Village where another man was gunned down.

Police suspect that that shooting was carried out by gang members in the area.
