New Year GLAM
Ring in the New Year in style with two fab looks courtesy of Permanent Cosmetics Studio and Boutique’s director Racquel Jenkins Moss-Solomon. The first is a fierce runway-ready look that is guaranteed to turn heads, while the other is a stunning, elegant look fit for the more conservative woman. Here is how you can get the look of your choice as you make your fashionable entrance.
