Beenie Man forced to cancel 106 & Park performance
Self-proclaimed King of the Dancehall, Moses ‘Beenie Man’ Davis — who was set to perform alongside hip-hop superstar, Nicki Minaj — had to cancel his trip because of visa problems.
The collaboration titled G**shot, which was the first single off Minaj’s new album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded was to be performed on BET’s 106 & Park in New York, however, Nicki did not perform the song because of Beenie’s absence.
Beenie Man’s management team says the dancehall artiste was unable to meet his performing obligation because he does not currently have a US work permit, but has a US visitor’s visa.
Get out of my business
Bajan pop sensation Rihanna expressed how tired she is of always being asked questions about her personal life in interviews.
During her Battleship promotional run in Australia earlier this week, RiRi abruptly ended an interview after questions started to get too intense.
Expecting to comment on her acting role in Battleship, Rihanna was surprised when she was asked about recent rumours about herself and actor Ashton Kutcher, which was an unforeseen topic.
She exclaimed that it was “Very frustrating. Almost as frustrating as being asked about it.”
