Hennessy Bartender Competition Ocho Rios Regional Finals
THE HENNESSY HOTSTEPPER RECIPE
Ingredients:
11/2 ounces Hennessy VS Cognac
1/4 ounce sweet pepper extract
A sliver of Scotch bonnet pepper
Juice of _ a lime
1/4 ounce sugar syrup
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Serve in a high ball glass.
4. Garnish with a slice of sweet pepper.
