Champs Cornwall lead U-14 basketball openers

MONTEGO BAY, St James — Cornwall College will begin the quest for their fourth straight hold on the ISSA/Western Conference Boys Under-14 basketball title this morning when they take on Holland High in one of three games at the Montego Bay Cricket Club, set to start at 10:00 am.

Cornwall College have won the three previous stagings of the competition and will join five other teams taking part in this renewal.

Spot Valley High and Muschett High will meet in the first game, while a Herbert Morrison Technical A team will face a Herbert Morrison B team in the other game.

St James High and Mannings School, who were due to meet today, have both withdrawn from the competition.
