Life’s a beach
She may be in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro as part of her Dance Again tour, but life is certainly not all work and no play for Jennifer Lopez.
The 42-year-old singer and actress hit the beach with her toyboy beau Casper Smart and her four-year-old twins Max and Emme, along with her mother Guadalupe this week.
The American Idol judge showed off her famous curves in a simple white halter-neck bikini top and matching bottoms, with a sweater wrapped around her waist. She looked very much the doting mother, carefully drying little Emme after the youngster had taken a dip in the ocean, and later carrying the sleepy little girl in her arms. She later changed into a pair of ripped jeans and wrapped the cardigan around her shoulders after her day in the sun.

It’s a cinch!
Having concentrated largely on hit-teen TV series Gossip Girl in the past few years, Blake Lively’s film career is still very much at its fledgling stage. Nevertheless, the 24-year-old actress managed to steal the show at the LA premiere of her latest movie Savages.
Blake ramped up the glamour quotient in a corset-style Zuhair Murad couture tan gown with black linear detail. The strapless dress clung to the actress’s slim figure, showing off her tiny waist. She wore her blonde hair curled and loose over one shoulder, while bright red lipstick completed the look.
The star’s stunning style is made all the more impressive by the fact that, unlike other Hollywood stars, she has no personal stylist to help her with her red carpet looks.
She recently told Marie Claire: “My assistant will call fashion houses for me, but I always pick the outfit, shoes, jewellery, and a lot of times I do my own hair and make-up for events. Sometimes I think, ‘God, why do I do this to myself? It’s so much extra work.’”
Blake told the US publication that she likes to do her own styling because she “loves fashion”. “It’s such an expression of self,” she added. “I often see people and they look great, but I can identify who styled them. Every stylist has a signature. Maybe it sounds jerky, but I’m lucky to be on such a fashion-centric show [Gossip Girl]. There’s no designer I don’t have access to.”

‘I don’t believe in rehab anymore… It’s not for me’
Charlie Sheen has kicked his reported drug habit; no thanks to the 12-step programme. The fast-living actor — who was fired from Two and a Half Men last year after a very public meltdown — spent much of the last year in rehab.
But this week, Sheen, 46, said he “doesn’t believe” it’s for him.
The actor was on breakfast programme Good Morning America to promote his upcoming sitcom, Anger Management. Sheen’s return to television comes after he was fired from his $34- million-a-year job on top-rated comedy Two and a Half Men following an argument with the show’s creator Chuck Lorre, who accused him of abusing cocaine.
He was forthcoming about his use of drugs in an interview with ABC News last year, telling reporters last time he “probably took more than anybody could survive [on].” Sheen underwent rehab at home, and says he’s now drug-free. But he also has a completely different outlook on sobriety now. Speaking to GMA’s Elizabeth Vargas, Sheen said: “I don’t believe in rehab anymore. It’s not for me. It’s not for everyone. It’s not a one-size-fits-all and it didn’t fit me.”
