West Indies to bat in final ODI vs New Zealand
BASSETERRE, St Kitts and Nevis (AP) — West Indies captain Darren Sammy won the toss today and chose to bat first in the fifth and final one-day international against New Zealand.
West Indies retained the same team that defeated the Kiwis by 24 runs on Saturday in the fourth match at the same venue of Warner Park, taking an unassailable 3-1 lead in the series.
New Zealand made three changes. Andrew Ellis came in to replace fellow allrounder Jacob Oram, fast bowler Kyle Mills edged out Doug Bracewell and Daniel Flynn was included instead of off-spinning allrounder Nathan McCullum.
